Guardianship and Administration

We have successfully represented clients in proceedings in the Guardianship and Administration List at VCAT. This included liaison with the Victorian Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) and providing advice to clients with a disability in relation to their rights in estate matters, guardianship and administration, enduring powers of attorney and consent to medical or dental treatment.
